Today's picture is entitled "The best omelette I have ever had. Ever."
The most delicious mixture of sauteed onions and mushrooms with a heavenly three cheese blend of Ricotta, Parmesan and Feta cheeses on top of it, all enveloped by 3 perfectly seasoned eggs .
Oh. So stuffed.

I made omelettes the other day as well, but they did not have three kinds of cheese in them! Thanks for the idea. I'm thinking tacos next week. ;)
